To use the Wizard Mode you will need to switch over from the default Express Mode by clicking View>Wizard Mode. Only Advanced Users are advised to work in the Wizard mode. Knowledge of Registry is must to work in Wizard Mode.
To start a scan in Wizard Mode you need to follow following steps :

Click on 'Scan Registry' button to start the scan process.

Opt between complete scan or select a test - If you select complete scan the program will scan for invalid entries in all the default categories.
Option 'Choose Test' will show a dialog. Select the categories which you want to be scanned.
Now you need to specify to the program to use ignore keys in scan process or not. These are the keys which will not be considered in scanning process.
Option Choose ignored keys will help you to add keys to the ignored list. These keys will not be scanned by Registry Cleaner in its scan process. You can add keys in the ignored list.
Use plugins in scan process - You can specify plugins to be included or excluded in the scan process.
Option Choose plug-ins will help you to specify certain specific plug-ins to be included or excluded from the scan process.
In the final step you can specify Registry Cleaner to include or exclude registry entries relating to the removable media like floppy disks, cd drives, etc.
Once the scan starts the program will display the errors found in the selected categories
You can stop a currently running scan process by clicking 'Stop' button.
Once the scan is over the program will display a message displaying the total count of errors found. You just need to click 'Next' button to see the details of the invalid entries.
When you click the 'Ok' button a list of all the errors in the system Registry is displayed.
What can be done with these entries :

Remove the entry from the Registry

Add a entry into exclude list for the current scan- This will not not include the entry in the current scan entry removal.

Add a entry in exclude list for future scans - This will add the entry in the exclude list and the entry will not be treated as invalid entry in future scans and will not be displayed.

Select a help file (Only in case of help file invalid entries) - You can specify a help file to fix a invalid help entry problem.
